Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 13 September 2026
1. Who we are
QuickCalc ("the Service") is operated by Johannes Nieuwboer ("we", "us", the seller), an individual seller. By using the Service you are contracting with Johannes Nieuwboer.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or continuing to use QuickCalc, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
3. The Service
QuickCalc provides free everyday calculators and converters (salary, VAT, tip, discount, currency, BMI, unit conversion, and similar tools). Results are provided for general informational purposes only and are estimates — always verify important financial, tax, health, or legal figures with a qualified professional.
QuickCalc Pro is a one-time purchase linked to your QuickCalc account. It removes advertising and enables saved calculation history on every device where you sign in. Pro is personal to your account and may not be shared or resold. If a Pro purchase is refunded or charged back, Pro access is withdrawn.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service, including by:
- Using it for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam;
- Infringing intellectual property rights;
- Introducing malware, probing or testing vulnerabilities, or scraping the Service in a way that disrupts it.
5. Intellectual property
We retain all ownership of the Service and its intellectual property, including the software, design, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service.
6. Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.
7. Availability and warranties
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such exclusion is not permitted by law.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of our policies.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. Questions about these terms can be sent to us via the contact details shown on your purchase receipt from Paddle.
